Premier Norway Spruce

This is the 'original' Christmas tree and for some people, the only tree. The Norway Spruce is a beautiful tree when tended to properly, but is prone to losing its needles. Needle retention can be helped by leaving the tree outside for as long as possible and then making sure a water retaining stand is used, so it can be watered every day. Commercial needle holding sprays are not very effective. The Norway Spruce make wonderful outside display trees. This is a cut tree without roots and requires a stand.

Premier Noble Fir

Regarded by tree connoisseurs as the king of all Christmas trees, the Noble Fir is a structured tree with clearly defined layers, offering a beautiful blue/green foliage, high needle retention and a fragrance that means just one thing..... Christmas. The needles are approximately 1 inch long, bluish-green in colour, but appearing silver because of two white rows of stomata on the underside and 1-2 rows on the upper surface. The needles are generally twisted upward so that the lower surface of branches are exposed. For those of you who like to adorn your tree with baubles, this is the perfect species.
